Return Policy: Please call 1-800-714-7434 for instructions regarding returns and to receive a return authorization number. We cannot accept a returned wig unless it has a return authorization number. All wigs must be returned within 30 days and must include a reorder. You are responsible for costs associated with the return shipping. A wig can be tried on with a wig cap (included with every purchase) but not worn. A wig must be returned in the original box with all tags still attached, all cardboard pieces in the box and the protective hair net placed over the wig.
